Club Rules

The Mechaniczna Lotka Sports Club provides badminton training services and organizes sporting events.
Using the Club's services requires acceptance of these regulations and maintaining an active account in our booking system.
These regulations are governed by Polish law.

Session bookings are made directly through the Club's website booking platform.
Users have access to a personal client panel to manage their bookings independently.
The option to cancel a booking with a full refund applies only to single sessions (purchased as a one-time entry) and must be completed at least 24 hours before the session starts.
When purchasing a discounted session package, users are entitled to a free session swap only. These packages are non-refundable.
Session swaps within a package must be made at least 24 hours before the original session time by selecting an alternative available date in the "My Classes" panel.

Clean indoor sports shoes with non-marking soles are strictly required on the courts.
Participants are expected to handle all equipment (rackets, shuttles) with care.

The Club documents training sessions and tournaments for promotional and community-building purposes.
"Fair Play" Image Policy: We take photos to share the passion for the sport. If you do not wish to appear in group photos or social media reports, please inform the coach or photographer before the session begins.
If a photo of you is published without your consent, please contact us via email. We will promptly remove the image or anonymize your face.
Explicit consent for use in advertising materials (e.g., banners, posters) is collected separately during account registration.
