Mechaniczna Lotka Sports Club

The Polish version of these terms and conditions is binding. In the event of any discrepancies or differences in interpretation between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.

  • The Mechaniczna Lotka Sports Club provides services in the field of badminton training and the organisation of sports events.
  • Using the Club's services requires acceptance of these terms and conditions and having an active account in the booking system.

§2 User Account and Bookings

  • Class bookings are made directly through the Club's website.
  • The user has access to a personal customer panel where they can manage their bookings themselves.
  • The option to cancel a booking with a refund of costs applies only to single classes (purchased as a one-off entry) and must be made no later than 24 hours before they start.
  • In the case of purchasing a discounted training package (4 or more spots), bookings covered by the package discount cannot be cancelled — you cannot give up any of the purchased spots. Packages are non-refundable.
  • Within a discounted package you are entitled to a free transfer of the class date (limit: 1 change per each started 4 spots), no later than 24 hours before the original class date, by selecting another available date in the "Your bookings" panel.
  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g. sudden illness, a family event), please contact us at tomek@mechanicznalotka.pl — we consider each such situation individually and may consent to a change of date or cancellation of the booking.

§3 Rules on the court

  • On the court, changing into sports shoes with a non-marking sole is mandatory.
  • Participants are obliged to take care of the entrusted sports equipment (rackets, shuttles).

§4 Payments

  • The entity providing online card payment services is Autopay S.A.
  • Available payment methods: BLIK, payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • The order fulfilment time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorisation. A spot booking becomes effective upon payment confirmation.
  • The seller does not charge any additional fees for using the individual payment methods.
  • The services are provided electronically (booking a spot for classes) — there are no delivery or shipping costs.
  • Individual training is settled directly with the coach — payment in cash or by BLIK at the training.

§5 Refunds, withdrawal from the contract and complaints

  • If it becomes necessary to refund funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund to the bank account assigned to the Ordering Party's payment card.
  • The seller refunds the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not involve any costs for them.
  • A consumer who has concluded a distance contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.
  • Pursuant to Art. 38 point 12 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in the field of sports events, if the contract specifies a day or period of service provision. This applies to bookings for training, camps and other sports events with a specified date — in such cases the cancellation and date exchange rules described in §2 apply.
  • Complaints regarding services or payments can be submitted by e-mail to tomek@mechanicznalotka.pl or by phone at 695 191 176. The seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

§7 Photographic documentation and image

  • The Club documents its sporting life (trainings, tournaments) for relationship and promotional purposes.
  • Transparency rule: If you do not wish your image to be published in group photos or reports, please inform the coach before the class.
  • If a photo in which you appear is published and you have not consented to it — after an e-mail report, we will promptly remove the material or anonymise your face.
  • Voluntary consent to the use of the image for strictly advertising purposes (e.g. banners, leaflets) is collected separately during registration.
